Valentines day turned out pretty eventful this year.
First project: Operation Valentines box. We (Okay Me) decided we were making a robot. Because I may be a tad sentimental and had a robot valentines box when I was in first grade. So we got to work and it turned out pretty darn cute if you ask me. Karden decided it was TOO cute and that it needed angry eyebrows. ( boys!)

Last night I was also awakened at least every hour by a certain boy telling me he was going to throw up. So the job of bowl holder, throwup cleaner upper and putting back to bed took up my whole night. ( oh yeah the 6 year old was also up all night with the stomach bug) :)
So all day today this is what the two boys did!

What a life if you ask me. Because we all know the manflu is SOOO much worse that when mom is sick.
Karden was so upset when he realized this morning he could not go to school! With big alligator tears he told my how excited he was to go to his valentines party! It broke my heart. So I packed up his box and his valentines for his classmates and took them to school for him. We picked them up after school and he was ecstatic about all the valentines he got!! It was worth it!!

Whitley and I cleaned the house, goofed off,

and went and picked up our Valentines dinner. The boys got soup!! If you are too sick to get out of bed you are definatly too sick to eat pizza. Ha ha!!

The girls also feasted on yummy treats that the neighbors brought!!

I did get these.. Which made the day alot better.

And a valentines card from my cute Dad!!

We decided to give the kids there valentines present and they have been loving dancing to "Just Dance Kids!"

I think someone has even forgotten that he is sick!
It really was a low key day but it turned out good. What more can you ask for.
