The kids were soo excited to dress up this year. Karden was Indiana Jones, (much to my dismay, I was all about the cutesy theme. He was all about the Blood and weapons. BOYS!!)
and Whitley was a ladybug (she is still little enough for a little you'll be what mom wants you to be brainwashing)
Halloween fell on a Sunday so on Saturday we did the marathon trick or treating. We loaded up the neighbors, and the cousins and hit the town for Trick or Treat on Main Street.
We got there a few minutes early and beat some on the crowds. Ryan handed out candy from his mortgage company and went through 30 huge bags of tootsie rolls and ran out 30 minutes early. There was ALOT of kids!!
Like always the kids had fun and got lots of candy, and Jon even got his Popcorn.
The only reason he came down.
We then headed down to Goshen for a yummy chili dinner and Truck or Treat. When we got to my moms house the weather was a little scary.It was a DOWNPOUR!! Ryan and Karden braved the 5 minute break in the weather and Whitley and I stayed warm at my moms house. Whitley had choked on a tootsie roll earlier in the day was breathing really weird and I didn't dare take her out in the cold. But she has the best daddy ever who carried her PINK PRINCESS BAG and got her some treats.
People must of felt really sorry for Whitley or Really bad for Ryan because she made a haul!!
It was a spooktacular Halloween.
